Check your MassCEC PTS account to determine when your system last reported. It’s important to address any issues quickly, as time is not on your side with your system not reporting. Please notify us, your installer, or MassCEC PTS as soon as possible.
If your installer has recently replaced any components, such as a meter or inverter, MassCEC PTS needs to be informed of these changes so that your system can continue to report properly.
For planned repairs like renovation or roof repair that will stop the solar system production for some time, please let us know so we can inform MassCEC PTS.
If you’re thinking of decommissioning and removing your system, please let us know so we can notify MassCEC PTS.
